User Role Flexibility
We are looking to have users on our team have Sync Admin access for certain sections of Sync Portal, but then Read Only access for others. We are able to assign them one role or the other and control what sections of sync they can manage, but not have different roles for different sections of Sync portal. Planned1Access-Control visibility per Subgroup
When a responsible person asks who exactly is allowed to access the rooms in their country and make changes, I have to open and check each individual user. This is where the labor-intensive part begins. I have to look up all users one by one and write down their permissions, which is not only tedious but also prone to errors. It would be great to have a feature, for example, where you could right-click on the subgroup and see the permissions. If you could see exactly who has what permissions for this particular subgroup there, it would be clear and very fast. 0Enabling Insights based on settings when no RallyBar
We have 65+ rooms with a tap scheduler and spot and have licensed these rooms with essentials contract. There is no global setting that I can apply to the scheduler to enable insights. There should be an option to globally enable insights than having to enable manually on each room. Exploring 🧐1Dynamic recalculation and filtering for Insights Working Hours (Room Utilization)
The current Logitech Sync Insights implementation does not allow real-time recalculation of utilization metrics when Insights Working Hours are changed, requiring users to wait for the next reporting cycle and preventing effective validation or analysis. We request the ability to dynamically adjust business hours and business days (e.g., exclude low-usage days) directly within the Insights UI, with immediate recalculation of metrics such as Average Room and Seat Usage while retaining a separate 24-hour view for full occupancy patterns. Additionally, exports (CSV/Excel) should reflect the selected filters rather than only raw data. This capability is critical for accurate, data-driven capacity planning and workspace optimization, as current metrics do not reflect actual operational usage patterns. Exploring 🧐1Expansion or extension Rally Speakers
Expansion speakers for Rally systems and CAT coupler-like cabling that allow them to potentially reach the same max area mic pods cover. 3Customize "Connect HDMI" screen
We have 4 meeting rooms, each with a Meetup 2 in BYOD mode, with the 5m "active" USB-C cable running from the unit to the meeting table. Because the Meetup 2 doesn't provide any power/charging (PD) capability to the connected laptops, plus 5m isn't quite enough distance, we've invested in a Wavlink Thunderbolt 4 dock, and this allows the input from the Meetup 2 active cable, and output via USB-C to laptops, which also provides power they need to charge. When the laptop is plugged in, video/audio and screen sharing is working perfectly - no need for HDMI. However, because the Meetup 2 "detects" that the USB-c cable is "plugged in" to a device (the dock), but it's not receiving any video signal from the dock (until the laptop is plugged in), it shows the "Connect HDMI" screen on the TV, and we can't edit or change this. We don't use HDMI at all, so this message is confusing to staff/visitors as to what they should be doing to get connected (just plug USB-C in) This is different to the BYOD idle screen which we have customized already. Any suggestions? Thanks! 7Logitech View - Option to add names to unbookable rooms
It would be very useful to have the option to assign a name to the “unbookable room” on the floor plan in Logitech View. Because if, for example, a new employee or visitor from another office is looking for a small MTR with Meetup, it would really help them to find these rooms. Delivered1USB cable for Meetup 1 & 2
The idea of a straight USB-C cable that should be connected to the back of the Meetup is not very user-friendly. It bends, and the cable is very often damaged as a result. I believe a curved (L-shaped) USB-C connector would be better for this type of device. 0Scheduler Tap / Add anny.co as a serviceprovider to CollabOS
Hi there, currently we are working together with a company called Anny.co, which offers a fresh approach for meetingroom scheduling tool. We would like as a german company like to use this application on our Logi Tap Scheduler, to be able to manage our rooms with that anny.co meetingroom display app. Currently this is not yet possible, as the Logi Tap Scheduler tap is limited to the serviceprovider, which are yet defined to be there (Robin, Teams, etc). We would intend to use this app globally on our setup, which is with currently mainly with other digital signage displays of other brands, where we either ways currently plan to consolidate all ca. 100 devices to one manufacturer. Is there a way to either sideload an app, which is e.g. uploaded then via Logi Sync cloud? Alternatively could it be possible to integrate the anny.co meetingroom display as a service provider to the CollabOS of the Tap Schedule? Best regards 0TAP: Onscreen notification of disconnected peripherals
We've recently run across this at a few of our rooms and were hoping that something within Sync app could raise a flag on screen. If the Table Hub catx cable is disconnected, the mic is disconnected from the Table Hub, or the power to the Table Hub fails for some reason, there is no indication, locally, that there is any issue with the system. Even when you start your meeting from the touch panel, there's no indication that the mics aren't connected. The mic icon still lights up on the touch panel and sometimes you're able to mute the mics, even though the physical mics don't light up or change from white to red. Camera works, incoming audio works and the displays are fine, but there's no indication of what the issue is. We can see on the Sync portal what the issue is, but the user in the room, looking at the touch panel and front of room displays cannot see anything that calls out what the issue might be. Is it possible for Logitech to present this flag to the Teams application, so that an onscreen notification shows for people in the room, with clear terminology, such as "Table hub not connected" or "Microphone(s) not connected". ex: "Table Hub not connected. Please check power supply for the Table Hub, the network cable connected to the Table Hub or contact your IT Support Team to assist with this issue." 0Embedding network in Extend
Add a network port to either Extend Tx or RX so the Extend USB-C connector would provide power, all AV signals and internet. Thank you. 0Enforement of SSO for multiple domains
If we want to have Enforce SSO for multiple domains, we must currently: Provision a user with the domain Have the user sign-in with SSO Assign the user Owner role (which may not be appropriate for the user) and have them toggle "Enforce SSO" This activity should be accessible and doable by any Sync owner/admin centrally and not require a user signed in using the domain with the owner role assigned. This is a security risk even for a short period of time. Exploring 🧐2SSO domain verification for multiple domains
Most SaaS platforms I'm aware of do domain ownership verification via the addition of TXT records in DNS. Logi Sync should follow suite Currently, it's convoluted and message process to get extra domains added for SSO enablement: - Most provision a user with new domain - Have the user accept invite and sign-in (or send the invite to the Sync owner/admin) - Assign owner role to the user (which may not be appropriate for the user) and beging domain verification 0MeetUp2 privacy shutter & Sync insights
Hi, We think it would be helpful to have a note in Sync indicating when the private shutter for MeetUp 2 is closed. After all, the Insight analysis isn't very useful if you don't know whether the room was actually unused or if the shutter was simply closed. Best regards Matthias 1Camera zoning options for the Sight
We are in need of an option to zone out certain areas from the Sight POV. Camera zoning does not work in our situation because the Sight is able to see things that the RallyBar cannot. Unfortunately, our client went with floor to ceiling windows in our conference rooms in addition to real images printed off as wallpaper. The sight tried to add a person on the wallpaper into every meeting as a participant. 0Keyboard Layout for Logitech Tap IP (CollabOS)
I am writing to request the addition of a Ukrainian keyboard layout for the Logitech Tap IP device running on CollabOS (currently using version 2.0.120). At present, when using the "Call" or "Search" functions on the device, the on-screen keyboard only displays in English. Since CollabOS restricts manual keyboard modifications, there is no option in the settings to add or switch to a Ukrainian layout. This creates a significant usability issue for our team. Without a Ukrainian keyboard, we are completely unable to search for contacts, colleagues, or meeting rooms that are named in Ukrainian directly from the Tap IP console. 3Owner Access to Device Logs / Syslogging Options
Despite a lot of love for the CollabOS product line, one of the major steps backward we've made as an industry moving to 'simpler' appliances is the removal of admin-accessible device-level logs and real-time syslogging. Poly still has them, but then you have to use Poly! The benefits are pretty clear here: -Reduced burden on Logitech support. In-house teams can easily identify anomalies in logs and pinpoint issues without waiting for Logitech to do this - an extra set of eyes is also invaluable. Quicker time to resolution -Granular observability (syslogging). Owners can opt to point logging to centralized syslog servers for real-time and historical audits, etc. -Automations/integrations. Unexposed, but helpful data in can be used to trigger automations, generate trends, etc. I would wager that a request to share content via a Scribe is captured in a Rally Bar's log today, which we have no hard data point for anywhere else on any connected platform. The risks are minimal, from my POV: -Empower the admin / device owner / 'end-user' (not actually end users, but this is what the industry calls us). Unacceptable in 2026, I know! -Provide wider visibility into less-than-great logging (if it exists), anomalies, etc. Brand reputation. -Provide wider insight about CollabOS system architecture. Trade secrets. There is a lot of precedent here - it's extremely atypical for an enterprise-grade device to not provide this type of data. 0PTZ Controls
Allow Rally Camera PTZ controls on MTR with tap systems allowing users to switch and control their cameras using the tap 0MX Keys for Business: allow Home, End, Page Up, Page Down and Insert to be remapped on Options+
The MX Keys for Business includes five keys — Home, End, Page Up, Page Down, and Insert — that cannot be remapped in LogiOptions+. Support has confirmed this is a design decision, not a bug. On macOS, these keys have no native function in most applications. They do nothing. This makes them dead weight on a keyboard positioned as a premium business product. After speaking to Logitech's support and by my own experience with the wired keyboard below, I can confirm the same keys can be remapped on other Logitech keyboards, which shows the capability exists within the ecosystem: Signature Slim Wired K620 for Business Signature Slim Solar+ K980 for Business Signature Slim Combo MK950 for Business The request: make these five keys available for remapping for MX Keys for Business in LogiOptions+ This is a straightforward quality-of-life fix for Mac users. We cannot call five keys that currently do nothing is not a 'feature'. It's just friction. Thank you very much! I hope it's an easy solve. 0Wall mount for the RallyBoard
